Lose weight, get stronger and master control of your core in a low-impact, high-intensity environment. Andrew will be there every step of the way to monitor and encourage you on your fitness journey. 

 

HIIT BODYWEIGHT CIRCUITS (60 MINS)

Andrew's high intensity bodyweight circuits are legendary for their ability to deliver the toughest workouts in just 45 minutes. Metabolic conditioning such as this has been proven again and again to be the best method for shedding body fat fast! Work at your own pace and take your cardio and strength training to the next level. 

 

KICKBOXING

Combining the best aspects of multiple striking arts into a fun and intense cardio workout. Kickboxing group classes with Andrew are a great way to torch stubborn body fat and make massive fitness gains.  Our non-contact classes put an emphasis on fun and intensity!
