YOGA NIDRA (60 MINS)

The antidote to a hectic day. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is state of being between sleep and consciousness which is especially beneficial for relieving tension and reducing stress. Students are guided through a state of conscious sleep whilst lying back comfortably with blankets and bolsters. For this class students are advised to wear warm layers as the body naturally cools during the practice.
