Mina Weight


Mina has practiced Yoga for most of her life and in 2016 she completed her teacher training in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga.

Mina offers holistic Hatha Yoga classes for beginner and regular students and teaches a combination of breathing exercises, stretching and balancing postures. She also weaves in pauses to allow for moments of inner reflection, touching on the Eight Limbs of Yoga to guide you towards a sense of peace and wellbeing.

Mina wishes for everyone to have access the benefits of Yoga. Whatever your age, health issues or fitness level, Yoga can make a positive difference in your life. She believes that the simple strengthening exercises integrated with the breath can be immensely beneficial for ones whole being and recommends students to come with an open heart and mind

Mina is also an experienced Homeopath of more than 20 years, registered with The Society of Homeopaths, RS Hom (UK). She specialises in pregnancy, common childhood illnesses, teenage conditions and adults suffering from acute and chronic illnesses such as fatigue, anxiety, allergies, digestive disorders, to name but a few.
