Vanessa Chan

Yoga Teacher

Vanessa first experienced Yoga in Chicago in 2000. She emphasizes Yoga as a practice not only for your body, but also mind and heart, and believes true happiness must come from within. She aims to help students experience bliss by combining pranayama, yin and yang asanas, meditations and music in her Hatha Yoga class.

Vanessa was born in Hong Kong and educated in UK and US. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Originally trained as a Chemical Engineer, she has been in the high-tech industry for over 10 years.
