A Nia practice session that explores aspects of the deep body of work. Nia is based on the intelligent design of the body. Each workout brings mindfulness to a movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear and emotionally balanced. Nia combines 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit and toned in 60 minutes - body, mind, emotion, and spirit. Nia is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.
HIP HOP (60 - 90 MINS)
Hip Hop & Urban dance are staple styles in the dance world. These styles help to express our personality & experiences. This dance class will incorporate hip hop or urban dance moves & techniques, but will mostly focus on learning choreography & its expression through some cool & fun music.
DANCERCISE (75 MINS)
Dancercise is as straightforward & fun as it sounds - a combination of basic dance choreography turned exercise! It incorporates movements that target & tone certain body parts. Adaptable & fun, Dancercise is about bringing awareness to & activating different muscle groups that tone your body & enhance general movement through fun choreography to some your favorite music!
