Pause for a Cause 2019: Supporting RainLily

Pause is raising funds for the RainLily organisation, a rape crisis centre in Hong Kong for female victims of sexual violence.

RainLily understands that sexual violence victims often don't receive the support they needed immediately, as most victims are busy seeking medical treatment and making police reports. RainLily has teamed up with a number of hospitals to bridge the gap and allow on-site counselling, medical and therapy support, plus ongoing treatment and education.

Prenatal Pregnancy Yoga

For pregnant women at any stage of their pregnancy who want to stay in shape, prepare their bodies for labour and birth, connect with their unborn baby and meet other mothers-to-be. Starting from 1st December 2018.

We're pleased to announce that we're reopening our Central studio in a new location on Graham Street. We will be returning with classes in yoga, pilates and meditation in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
