Sue believes that everybody is capable of, and will benefit from an understanding of their own spiritual reality, and aims to empower others to develop a better understanding of themselves, allowing them to move forward calmly in their lives.
She is a certified Reiki master and since 2012 has been studying with a shamanic practitioner in Hong Kong. Combining her understanding of Reiki and shamanic practices, her intention is to facilitate your ability to return to the world feeling invigorated, joyful and at peace, better equipped to move forward on your journey.
What is Shamanic energy healing?
Shamanic healing is an ancient form of spiritual healing found in many different cultures throughout the world, which recognises our fundamental connection to Mother Earth and all of life, both in physical and energetic forms.
It involves working with a shaman or healer to forge a deeper connection to your spiritual energy and the natural world therefore making way for healing and empowerment on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. The aim is to re-establish balance, harmony and a feeling of completeness to your energy system, assisting you to reconnect with your spiritual core and bring about healing.
The practitioner will access non physical reality and connect with their spirit guides to perform rituals such as energy healing, extraction, power animal retrieval, soul retrieval and ancestral healing. This may involve the use of tools such as drums, rattles or feathers to help access wisdom, shift your energy and facilitate the healing process.

What to expect in a shamanic energy healing session
We will first discuss your intentions for the healing session and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. My energy sessions rarely involve physical touch and even then only if you are comfortable with that.
You will then lie or sit down comfortably to relax as I use my hands to scan your energy body to look for energetic blockages and channel energy to these areas. I will also take this opportunity to travel to the spirit realms to bring back any messages, spirit animals or objects that will assist you in your journey.
During a session you may experience changes in temperature, tingling sensations, twitching, deep relaxation or nothing at all. All of which are completely normal and each session will be different.
Once this process is finished we will discuss any information I have for you and I will suggest actions moving forward.
