A variety of yoga classes are available for those needing to increase energy levels, or to ground into their body with a more meditative practice, all allowing release of tension and harmonising the mind and body.


Pilates classes can include reformers, rollers, or work on the mat to help tone the body and create balance, grace and strength in movement.


Dance classes are a great way to loosen the body into it’s unique, natural rhythm and flow, whilst strengthening, toning, and bestowing confidence.


If you’re looking something more physically challenging, one of our fitness classes will provide you with the motivation to enhance your body and strengthen the mind-body connection.


Meditation classses are designed to release internal tension and provide us with insight to deal with the stress in life by clearing the mind.
