Well-being is mindful alignment of your body, nutrition and social connection towards health in

your daily life.

Learn simple and practical approaches to enhancing your well-being in this 3 hour workshop:

We cover 3 main steps:

1. “Vagal Presence” learn to regulate your nervous system by building a container of safety

with easy eye, jaw, breathing, grounding and centering exercises plus a “Daily Reset”

routine.

2. “RPE Baseline” how to choose the optimal frequency and intensity of your cardio and

bodyweight resistance training for your current and future fitness levels.

3. Bodyweight Mobility: Learn a structured stretching and muscle activation series to

improve function and range of pain-free movement.

Ross Eathorne is a Performance Coach with 30 years experience of helping people improve

their well-being, physical and mental resilience and high performance.
